Dr.Hafsa banu completed her bachelors in dental surgery from Yenepoya dental college ,India in 2003 and has been practicing aesthetic and general dentistry for past 13 years. She completed her vocational training in government hospital and private sector in India following which she joined private dental clinic in oman for 4 years.
In the year 2010, Dr Hafsa banu took a step forward in establishing White smile dental specialty and serving quality dental services to people of oman. Her main aim is to provide a variety of dental treatment options with highest quality and sterile environment. She believes that a beautiful smile can make a big difference in ones personality and appearance which brings out confidence in a person.
She has attended numerous workshops in dentistry such as inhalation sedation dentitistry, rotary endodontics, implantology , aesthetic dentistry and is certified in lumineers , cerinate smile designs. Along with her team she organizises dental check up in schools for awareness of dental problems

Prof. Dr.Sandeep shetty

Prof.Dr.Sandeep shetty is a graduate from the A.B. shetty Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore, India, where he earned his bachelor of Dental surgery .He acquired his Masters degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial orthopedics from Yenepoya Dental college,Mangalore,India.
Prof.Dr.Sandeep shetty had joined Yenepoya Dental college since 1999 as a teaching faculty and has been practicing orthodontics since 17 yrs adding to the vast experience and knowledge he holds. He is a member of Indian orthodontic society and Indian dental association .
He has lectured extensively and been very active in training and examining at all levels, inclusive of undergraduate and postgraduate dental students, as well as dental care professionals. He has number of paper presentations and researches nationally and internationally to his credit. He has published paper articles in international journals such as Latin American journal of orthodontics And World Journal of Orthodontics
Prof.Dr.Sandeep shetty has treated number of patients of different degree of malocclusions, non surgical intervention with orthodontics and treated cleft cases after surgery with anterior maxillary distraction followed by orthodontics.

I was working as a general nurse and as I got a chance to work in dental field in white smile dental specialty ,I thought it will expand my knowledge to know more about dental procedures and specialized orthodontic department so here I am.

Favourite part of your job
This is a fantastic and satisfying job, As I get to meet up wonderful people as patients and it is really pleasing to complete long term treatment plans on patients who thought they were too nervous to go through them, watching patients relax in your care is really rewarding.
Being an orthodontic nurse ,it is great to see their smile improving during their treatment and their happiness and confidence reflecting in their face.

I enjoy working with amazing group of people but I mostly love that the smiles ,conversations and friendships that we share at work carry over to connect with our patients. I feel like bigger part of the community working here. The patients at white smile dental specialty are like family and I treasure that.
